Light in the Dark:
Gathering Hope at the
Winter Solstice
A Daylong retreat to connect to the Earth
and Gather Your Medicine
Online – Saturday, December 12th
By this time of year most of us are ready to hibernate – we just want to hide under the blankets and sleep.
The colder, darker days might bring on more sadness or loneliness. The holiday season can trigger anxiety and stress to meet others expectations.
But winter is the time to rest and regenerate. And by connecting with nature we can find refuge and inspiration to support our hearts, minds and bodies during these challenging times.
Our Journey
We will begin by gathering together online and setting our intentions for connecting with nature.
During solo time, you’ll be invited to connect with nature in a way that is easily accessible to you.
We will use guided imagery and creative exploration to deepen our connection and strengthen our insights.
Finally, we will reconvene online to share our discoveries and create a closing ritual.
