The winter season can be challenging for many LGBTQIA+ folks. It can bring up feelings of sadness or loneliness, triggering memories of holidays past or challenges with family. The darkness and cold weather can also just bring you down.
Join us for a FREE weekly online meditation to support you through the winter holiday season.
Come together in queer community to be guided in short mindfulness and meditation practices. These practices will help to calm your mind and cultivate inner peace through the winter.
We will meet on two Sundays – December 12th & 19th @ 10am PST / 1pm EST for 30-minutes.
The sessions will include:
- Intention setting for individual and collective peace.
- A 15-20 minute guided meditation practice.
- Opportunity to share your experience of the practice.
